"I have been with Lumesse for 5 great years now and started my journey as a technical support engineer for our talent management product. This allowed me to work with a vast collection of technologies, and also gave me a massive insight into how different organisations use HRIS systems.
I then moved into supporting our Learning products as a technical team lead. The first thing I love a bout my job is the people! The Learning team here at Lumesse are an amazing bunch of people who are all friendly, supportive and give 110% to the job they do. They are all at the top of their game and specialists at what they do. The second thing I love about my job is that every day is different, whether that be debugging an issue, helping with project work, implementation consulting, or just picking up the phone to make sure our customers are happy!"

"I started working at Lumesse in the ETWeb Consulting department in 2013 and then moved to Product Management at the end of 2014. Lumesse offers me an inspiring working environment. As a product analyst I validate and translate customer needs into specifications for our new product releases. This requires me to work closely with our consultants, customers and the developers on a daily basis. In the Product Management team my main work focuses on interfaces and data transfer optimizations for new releases.
During my free time I love to compose and produce music as a singer-songwriter using a loop station and various string based instruments. My other hobbies are road biking, beach volleyball and sailing in my own sailing boat in the Netherlands."

Kasia has been working at Lumesse since 2007. She started her career as a Customer Support specialist. In 2014 she moved to the TalentLink design team where she now works as a product analyst. Kasia’s role was always very close to our clients, listening to various types of users in order to deliver the best quality product possible.

"Our design team is a combination of diverse professionals like analysts, HR specialists, visual designers and IT gurus and provides an inspirational place to brainstorm, create and evolve. Being amidst customers and developers gives me the opportunity to see the big picture of our solution. Simply put, we transform our users’ ideas into reality."

"In my role as an implementation consultant at Lumesse my job contains multiple different tasks. Most of my time is working in a project manager role, leading implementation projects for new and current Talent Acquisition customers.
But it can as well be that I work in a more consultative role, helping our customers with Talent Acquisition related topics such as, consulting on trends in Talent Acquisition and how that will affect their current and future configuration and processes. If I would give a brief description of what I do, I would say that my role is to help customers both in the Nordics and the rest of the world, to leverage Lumesse Talent Acquisition solutions to reach their KPI’s."

"I started working in HR over 20 years ago and joined Lumesse in January 2009. Since July 2016 I am covering Talent Management Business Unit, based in Düsseldorf, and take care of functions such as employee relations, applying and advising on employment law, health and safety, compensation and benefits, recruitment and training. The opportunity to support our organization to grow and reach our targets by ensuring that we have highly engaged people working for us and that we develop and support them in their career is a key motivator and driver for me.
