"I have been with Lumesse for 5 great years now and started my journey as a
technical support engineer for our talent management product. This allowed me to work with
a vast collection of technologies, and also gave me a massive insight into how different
organisations use HRIS systems.
I then moved into supporting our Learning products as a technical team lead. The first thing
I love a bout my job is the people! The Learning team here at Lumesse are an amazing bunch of

"I started working at Lumesse in the ETWeb Consulting department in 2013 and then moved to Product Management at the end of 2014. Lumesse offers me an inspiring working environment. As a product analyst I validate and translate customer needs into specifications for our new product releases. This requires me to work closely with our consultants, customers and the developers on a daily basis. In the Product Management team my main work focuses on interfaces and data transfer optimizations for new releases.
During my free time I love to compose and produce music as a singer-songwriter using a loop station and various string based instruments. My other hobbies are road biking, beach volleyball and sailing in my own sailing boat in the Netherlands."

Kasia has been working at Lumesse since 2007. She started her career as a Customer Support specialist. In 2014 she moved to the TalentLink design team where she now works as a product analyst. Kasia’s role was always very close to our clients, listening to various types of users in order to deliver the best quality product possible.

"In my role as an implementation consultant at Lumesse my job contains multiple different tasks. Most of my time is working in a project manager role, leading implementation projects for new and current Talent Acquisition customers.
But it can as well be that I work in a more consultative role, helping our customers with Talent Acquisition related topics such as, consulting on trends in Talent Acquisition and how that will affect their current and future configuration and processes. If I would give a brief description of what I do, I would say that my role is to help customers both in the Nordics and the rest of the world, to leverage Lumesse Talent Acquisition solutions to reach their KPI’s."
