Our culture

At Lumesse we understand people. That understanding drives our culture of trust, confidence, openness, respect, 'can do' attitude and very strong customer focus – all of which create an environment which excites both our employees and our customers. We are driven by a passion for what we do and we strive to always exceed expectations. We're proud to represent Lumesse – do you want to be part of that?

What we believe in

Our values define us. They represent who we are, what we do and how we do it. Every single colleague at Lumesse lives by these values every day – across every function, geography and every level of the organization. You'll find our values wherever you look – how we interact with our customers, partners and colleagues but also fully engrained in our processes, for example in our competency framework and Reward & Recognition programs.

We believe in our people

At Lumesse, we're passionate about helping you grow and develop. We're committed to investing in our employees' personal development and encourage a multi-faceted approach to learning – lots of which you’ll find on our dedicated Learning Hub. You’ll have access to internally developed content as well as external qualifications; there are lots of opportunities to learn, from subject matter experts as well as from 'on the job' development opportunities. Many colleagues are also currently engaging with several certification programs, including Rising Stars – our own leadership development program or Prince2 for example. And you'll have access to over 400 e-learning courses covering a huge range of content, from language training through to advanced communication skills and successful negotiation skills. The opportunities are endless – it's up to you how you use them!

Technical Services Team Lead, UK

"I have been with Lumesse for a little over seven years now and I currently lead the technical operations team. As team leader I manage the day-to-day project work along with allocating requests that come from other departments. The culture at Lumesse allows everyone to be part of a team and grow within their role. We are encouraged to think and suggest ways in which we can improve the customer experience and better the services we provide. The favorite part of my job is being able to implement solutions that reduce the risk of service outages and working with current and new technologies that allow us to do this. We try and arrange one or two team nights each year where the team can all socialize and enjoy a few drinks together. On a recent night out we discovered that it’s not advisable to let a certain team member carry a tray of drinks!
In my spare time I enjoy swimming with my two young boys and I have just completed my PADI scuba diving certification and will be scuba diving as much as I can now. I am also studying for a master’s degree in Information Systems Management and I have received support and encouragement from Lumesse to do this."

Product Analyst, Germany

"I started working at Lumesse in the ETWeb Consulting department in 2013 and then moved to Product Management at the end of 2014. Lumesse offers me an inspiring working environment. As a product analyst I validate and translate customer needs into specifications for our new product releases. This requires me to work closely with our consultants, customers and the developers on a daily basis. In the Product Management team my main work focuses on interfaces and data transfer optimizations for new releases.
During my free time I love to compose and produce music as a singer-songwriter using a loop station and various string based instruments. My other hobbies are road biking, beach volleyball and sailing in my own sailing boat in the Netherlands."

Kasia has been working at Lumesse since 2007. She started her career as a Customer Support specialist. In 2014 she moved to the TalentLink design team where she now works as a product analyst. Kasia’s role was always very close to our clients, listening to various types of users in order to deliver the best quality product possible.

"Our design team is a combination of diverse professionals like analysts, HR specialists, visual designers and IT gurus and provides an inspirational place to brainstorm, create and evolve. Being amidst customers and developers gives me the opportunity to see the big picture of our solution. Simply put, we transform our users’ ideas into reality."

Implementation Consultant, Nordics

"In my role as an implementation consultant at Lumesse my job contains multiple different tasks. Most of my time is working in a project manager role, leading implementation projects for new and current Talent Acquisition customers.
But it can as well be that I work in a more consultative role, helping our customers with Talent Acquisition related topics such as, consulting on trends in Talent Acquisition and how that will affect their current and future configuration and processes. If I would give a brief description of what I do, I would say that my role is to help customers both in the Nordics and the rest of the world, to leverage Lumesse Talent Acquisition solutions to reach their KPI’s."
